A great multivitamin! I’m a 21 year old male. This vitamin gives you all the nutrients your body needs and really pushes me along through the day. Being a busy college student, I don’t have much time to get good meals in between classes, taking two of these a day in the morning really changes how I perform throughout the rest of the day. Before taking these, I tended to lose focus and take one too many naps each day in between my classes. Since taking these vitamins for about a week now, I have barely ever had the need to take naps and I can focus more during class. Makes my urine a neon yellow color, but I don’t mind. That’s how you know it’s working aha. Really great vitamin, and makes you feel good each day knowing you are getting all the healthy nutrients you need after taking this every day. You can’t go wrong!

THis is a very potent vitamin. It really gave me a boost and so I think I’ve got to invest in a few more bottles. I think it could be cheaper though.

These vitamins are the best. I took them 10 years ago & stopped(like an idiot)& am now taking them again religiously. These are great for mens health!!

The item I purchased was mega men multi vitamin and was quickly shipped and received.It was well packaged and the price was great probably the lowest price out there.

Pros:

- Just about every micronutrient you need
- No superfluous questionable stuff

Cons:
- Fairly high price

This is the complete package. It has so many nutrients that some of them aren’t even fully recognized by the FDA yet. Unlike its biggest competitor Opti-Men, it doesn’t have any boner enhancers. The Vitamin A is 50% retinoid and 50% carotenoid, meaning you’ll always have exactly as much as you need without any risk of hypervitaminosis A. Open up a bottle and you can smell the nutrition.

The only drawback is the costliness of the bottle, especially considering you take two capsules so you’ll go through it twice as fast as some other supplements. Still, it’s worth the price in my opinion.

Bonus fact: If you were worried about it being caffeinated because of the green tea extract, don’t. It’s decaffeinated with only 0.5mg left behind (1/120 the caffeine in a bottle of coca cola).

I have been using this product for about a month now. I can say that the product gives you the necessary nutrients that your body is lacking. It has helped me to have better focus while I work. Before taking this multivitamin or a multivitamin period, my focus was always a bit off. But now that I have been using this product for about a solid month I can say that I have noticed a difference in the quality and production of my work. Thanks GNC MegaMen!!!
