This is an herbal based product, and it will work but only so much. The older you are, the better test boosting herbs work, if you are under 25 there is very little purpose in taking this product. In fact, if you are under 25 most over the counter test supplements are pointless. The herbs in here are good for test boosting, but also some estrogen reducing as well. You MUST be consistent for this to work and not miss a dose, also I would recommend the higher end of dosing. If you take this to gain weight and you “don’t gain anything” then you have a HORRIBLE diet and need to add more calories not supplements.
