Helps with Restless Legs and Sleep
I read about this product in a woman’s magazine about a year ago and decided to give it a try. I was impressed! I have restless legs, can’t sleep since I’ve entered the change of life ( ugh ) and I have A Fib. I take 1/2 teaspoon in about 1/4 cup of warm water. Believe it or not in as little as 2 mins my legs relax and don’t feel like they are going to bounce off the bed. lol It also helps me sleep a little bit better. I don’t take it on a regular basis. ( I should however ) I feel it helps out with my A Fib as well. I stopped taking my Medication for the A Fib. It was having a negative effect on my mind and body. One other thing I noticed is that if I’m feeling anxious it helps with that as well. I told my sister about this product today and I’ve shared with others on FB. I would highly recommend this product!!! I also recommend that anyone reading these reviews go and investigate the wonders of magnesium. It’s one of the most important minerals in the body! Here’s to your health 
Opt for the flavored kind.
I try to avoid any non-essential ingredients, so I bought this Natural Calm in “original.”
The taste is fine. It’s a relatively neutral chalky flavor and the fizz is good, but I now wish I had bought one of the flavored varieties.
Update – I bought the Raspberry/Lemon; the flavor is tart and fake, but it’s not bad considering that there’s no sweetener and it’s definitely better than “original” flavor.

Use this EVERY night
This is a must have in our home……we drink this every night prior to going to bed……calms our minds, helps with restless legs……we used this years ago….took a break..and are back on it. We won’t be stopping again. Highly recommend.
like the unflavored best
I add this to a half cup of hot water and after its done fizzing I add a bit of fruit punch for taste. Easier going down than the flavored varieties which are too sweet for me. This is absorbed better than capsules.
Best Sleep Aid Ever
A nutrition coach recommended I try this instead of the melatonin and OTC things I had taken to help me sleep. I take it an hour before I go to bed, and with good sleep hygiene, I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. It does have a laxative effect, so it took me a little while to adjust the dose. I like that it’s natural and neutral tasting. I rely on it, use it nightly, and recommend it highly.
Helps me sleep
I use this about 4 to 5 times a week to help me sleep and at times to just help my muscles relax. I prefer this original flavor because it doesn’t contain stevia and I don’t like any sweeteners in my supplements if I can help it especially while pregnant. This dissolves very well with warm water which is how I would recommend taking it. There are several times I get lazy and don’t want to heat any water and do cold but the taste is much more intense and rather tart I guess. I sometimes will add a bit of juice to make it easier to take and then will down it like a shot. I bought the 8oz in a store and it cost be around 17.00 so paying 23-24 online for 16oz with prime shipping is very worth it for me. When I run out I will purchase again.
Calm is terrific!
I am a registered nurse and have used this product for the past three years. Wouldn’t be without Calm! My gastrointestinal system has been regulated, calmed and happy with this product when nothing else had ever worked well. I use 1.5 rounded tsp nightly with hot water before going to bed. It works even when I travel internationally – I carry a plastic baggie half full and have my nighttime cocktail wherever I go.

Good product!
I’ve purchased both the magnesium only and the magnesium with calcium. My daughter and I have fibromyalgia and my husband has Restless Legs Syndrome. Apparently men aren’t supposed to take calcium supplements because of potential issues with heart rhythm so I bought this calcium-free product for my husband. He’s tried many things for the RLS and no one treatment works 100%. The combination of maintaining a very consistent sleep/wake times, turning all electronics off an hour before regular bedtime, 30-60 minutes of exercise most days, no or very limited alcohol, magnesium supplements, and a small dose of prescription medication works the best for him. The powdered forms of magnesium are easier for me to digest than the hard tablets. I still need to go easy on these products and I don’t take the recommended dosage of either. The magnesium really works to relax in general and help relax painful muscles. I take it at bedtime. It’s fizzy and dissolves nicely.
