Okay, we all start out with looking for a good all purpose multi-vitamin. Tried this one because I like the idea of whole foods vitamins and this one is geared towards women my age. What I didn’t expect was that my munchie cravings would diminish drastically. While it could have been coincidence, when I ran out, the cravings started up again to where I was grazing constantly. Got more vitamins and after several days to a week, the cravings subsided again. Am thinking that maybe I was craving something that my body was missing and this brought up the nutrients to the levels I needed. At any rate, I continue to order these vitamins over other multis because of this.

My mom is 47 years old, and a few months ago she started to forget things, like where she put an object, or how to get to work. She called me crying one day saying that she thought she was going to “loose” her mind, so I did the only thing I could think of: Search up how to treat/prevent memory loss. I read that a regimen with omega 3 fish oils, and vitamin D3 would help; so I went on the next leg of my journey: search for the best brand of vitamins. I found this brand (Nature’s Way/Alive) to be the best, but decided that these once daily pills would be best for my mom.

She was kind of peeved when she saw the 50+ on the front, but I convinced her to take them anyways. Within a week of taking them, she thanked me so much for buying them, told me that for the first time in a while her mind has never been so clear, and that actually had stopped taking her anti-depressants. Since then she has been taking the pills on and off because she’s so busy, and last week she told me to remind her to keep on taking the vitamins because she actually felt a difference without the vitamins.

Great product – I love that these are only 1 pill instead of the three for the regular. The over 50++ is hard to find in most locations so it was nice to know you could get it at Amazon.

I think this is a good daily vitamin for the over 50′s
women. I take one daily after a meal. I take this, a calcium tablet, and krill oil. I think this vitimin takes care of everything else pretty well. I have been taking this for several months, I think I have more energy and feel better.

These multivitamins are great. I just turned 50 and it really seems to amke me feel better daily. I notice that my nails seem to jhave grown longer and harder and faster then ever before. I plan to continue to buy this product.

I’ve tried other vitamins, but these Alive vitamins really make the difference! I have fibromyalgia, among other things, which makes me feel tired 24/7. When I take these vitamins, I actually feel energetic! I used to be able to fall asleep within 5 minutes at just about anytime of the day, but not when I take these vitamins. I feel motivated and that makes me very happy.

Instead of taking a dozen individual supplements for the specific health needs for women, a one-a-day is VERY convenient. This one-a-day is so much more than the previous brands I’ve used. Because of a women’s unique needs after 50, such as calcium and vitamin D, you need something that is potent and effective. “Alive utilizes specialized herbs and nutrients like vitamins D and K for added bone and breast health support”.

I feel healthier now than when using my previous brand, and I’m not nearly as sluggish nor as susceptible to colds and such. No bad taste, no nausea, and doesn’t bother my digestion. I can take this supplement with confidence. It does all it claims to do. Reasonable price for such a great investment in my overall health.

I bought this multi for my Mom because she is trying to change her eating/exercise/nutrition habits. It took about 1.5-2 weeks for her to say, “I’m feeling alot more energy”. So happy she made the switch to natural vitamins and threw out her chemical based ones…..

Ladies: best multivitamin ever & I’ve tried lots. Boosts energy, quality ingredients, easy on sensitive stomachs.

I take one a day around 2pm when I can feel the afternoon slump approaching. Seems to help my energy level, mood, and ability to focus. I personally also find that it curbs my cravings for carbs and sweets. Yes, pill is on the large side, but I don’t mind since I’d much rather take one pill a day instead of three or more.

I’m 30, but I get the 50+ version cause it has more of what women of all ages need. My mom also takes these and loves them. Men’s version is great too. Got my boyfriend hooked. He’s not very health conscious, but he can tell he feels better when taking them, so he does.

I’ve been extremely pleased with the quality and value of this and other Nature’s Way products. I’ve been taking their multivitamin, Reset protein shakes and 5HTP for years. Occasionally tried other brands when I ran out and forgot to order, but none worked as well for me as Nature’s Way does. I hope I have access to this product for the rest of my life.

I have been taking these multi vitamins for several months. I think most people need a multi and as I get older, I need more “stuff”. So I did a lot of research, making notes about what is most recommended, etc. and then used that list to search vitamins. This one fit the bill and it’s affordable.

The pills are kind of big. There’s a lot of stuff in there! I don’t have a problem with them at all, but if you prefer tiny pills or tend to gag, then this one might not work.

I take these with food (usually just a protein shake) and have never had stomach upset from them.

I also love that I can get them on auto-order and not have to worry about putting them on the shopping list. With Prime, these are cheaper on Amazon than anywhere locally, too.
