Finally something that helps me feel better!

I met a lady in a vitamin store doing free samples of CALM and she gave me a card listing effects of LOW magnesium can cause I have experienced 98% of the effects listed. I have been trying different suppliments aka: vitamins, natural remedies…etc… nothing works. BUT…..with just one packet of Natural Calm I slept the best I have slept in a long time. I feel better mentally and less feelings of anxiety. Hitting the point in life of menopause brings it’s own anxiety’s…. Thankfully I found something to help with negative effects of this stage of my life. I just hope it lasts! (smile)

Help for an insomniac

I was skeptical at first. I take quite a few meds for insomnia. . . have for years with little to know relief.I figured drinking this before bed wouldn’t hurt and who knows, I may get a few minutes of shut-eye. I did. It helped, but not for hours of sleep. I might have gotten an hour or two of really peaceful sleep. I have night terrors, nightly. The hour or two of sleep I got was without any terrors. I think everyone should try it.

If you are on pain medications for any reason that are constipating, this will GENTLY and EFFECTIVELY take care of the problem. I love the packets. You don’t have to measure or worry about moisture getting into a bigger jar. This is a god send for anybody on any kind of codeine or anything like that. And it works FAST. We are talking minutes not hours. It will keep you out of the ER for blockages if you take it when you get constipated. And it does help with nerves at the same time. I have had two major abdominal surgeries this year where I couldn’t bear down to push, my muscles had been cut and I was so weak and on constant pain killers. Fiber and regular laxatives did nothing. This will make you go and calm your nerves and tension at the same time. It’s a godsend.

I really like this stuff. First of all, the packet form is really convenient. I can take it with me, and I don’t have to worry as much about freshness since each one is individually sealed. Plus, it’s easier to measure.

Then there’s the product itself. It has definitely seemed to help my health. I haven’t noticed any sleep benefits, but I have noticed that I get a lot fewer headaches now. I also rarely get heart palpitations anymore, which I used to get a couple times a week. And finally, I’m pretty sure it has helped with my mood. I feel less depressed lately. I think it’s related, although I couldn’t tell you for certain.

I take it by dissolving half a packet into a small amount of hot water, then adding more water and ice. It makes a nice, cool, refreshing drink that I kind of enjoy the flavor of.

All in all, I would definitely buy this again. Since I only take about 1/2 a packet twice a week, this will last me several months. That ends up only being a couple dollars a month for noticeably improved health. I’ll take it.

I’ve had insomnia since childhood and restless leg syndrome for past 15 years. I’ve tried other magnesium supplements, but this is by far the best. It helps lull me to sleep without being overly groggy. My muscles feel much more relaxed and I don’t wake up in the middle of the night in pain. The bonus is that it also gently cures mild constipation. I only take it at night, and I’ve made sure there are packets ready to go in my suitcase and briefcase. Truly, I would be lost without it. This product has worked far better than prescription sleeping pills, way better than tryptophan or melatonin or valerian. Excellent and well worth the price for repeated good nights of sleep.

This product is amazing,I’am the kind of person that avoids sleeping pills because of the adiction. I call this my miracle powder!
