Good features all in one watch!

I was looking for a heart rate watch with pedometer function and this pretty much fits the bill. It also has timer and stopwatch functions and is quite accurate. I did not want a chest band style and really like the convenience of this watch. I am female with rather large wrist (most standard bands too snug) and this was actually large on me. Its a bit tricky to go from timer mode to the pedometer mode to monitor distance & speed while jogging but very easy to take a quick heart rate reading. Displays heart rate with percentage of maximum HR and indicator for hi or lo range. One minor down side is that the timer & pedometer modes must be cleared between workouts and does not store the previous data. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

I got this watch to track my HR while on my treadmill. it works really well, large enough readout to see clearly while walking or running, easy to use while doing either. I did find it a little difficult to set the different modes on the watch. but overall a great watch.

Has worked well. Still working at understanding all the functions of the watch. I probably do not use all functions properly but it does keep up with my time and heart rate and functions as a pedometer. So over all great function for the price.

I purchased this product so I could track my calories burned during the day. One minor problem is I sometimes forget to restart the monitor for the number of steps so I lose count. It has been very useful for walking with my daughter. She is training for the 3-day walk in November here in the San Diego area and it helps us track our mileage and our rate.

did not want a chest strap monitor

i wanted a heart rate monitor without the chest strap so i bought this one. heart rate monitor seems to work fine but i am not sure if pedometer function is very accurate. some of the letters on led readouts are difficult to read, such as FR for friday. the R looks more like a P unless you look very closely that there is a very small, thin stroke that makes it an R. the alarm, dual time, chron and stop watch functions are also very helpful. was not difficult to program. overall good features for the price.

Update 05/03/12: heart rate monitor has not been functioning consistently for several weeks, especially during spinning classes. don’t know if it is because of sweat or moisture on wrist or fingers or whatever, but often times i cannot get a reading. after class or at any other times, it seems to work fine.

Smart Health is a smart choice!
