This is at a great price for the quality of the product. Very highly rated in Lyle MacWilliam’s “Nutrisearch Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements”. In that book there are several products he rates slightly higher, but this is the best one I’ve found with a reasonable price. Of course, you shouldn’t rely on a capsule to get your nutrition (and I don’t) but with mineral depletion in commercial farmlands being what it is, this stuff is great insurance, and WAY more effective than the mass marketed useless products like Centrum, One-A-Day, etc.

These are the best vitamins I”ve ever taken. I’ve never felt any different when taking any other vitamin, but with these I do. I noticed that after two weeks the dark rings I was beginning to develop under my eyes are gone, and I have more energy. These vitamins do upset my stomach slightly if I don’t take them with food, but if I do, no problems.
I highly recommend these vitamins over others I have taken from Kirkland, GNC, Centrum, etc.

I found these vitamins just by browsing, so did not know what to expect. However, I have to say that I am more clear headed, and have more energy than I have had in years, after using them for 3 months. I am pushing 60, so this is very important to me. I do taxes, so it’s a real plus, because my focus is so sharp, compared to before. I am not jumping up and down with energy, but I have stamina, which I did not have before. I am not at the verge of collapse by the end of my work day, I can actually go out and do something with friends, if I want. I guess I’d say that I have a new lease on life.

My husband has had asthma and allergies all his life. Winter allergies and asthma his worst. He stays sick from Thanksgiving to Spring Yearly using many anitbiotics and also steriods to try to stop his infection. He started taking these vitamins for almost a year. He got sick once and was able to get better without a doctors visit and without antibiotics. His allover well-being is well worth this investment in this multi-vitamin. I will continue to purchase and keep it in his medicine cabinet. Very Happy Wife!

I was on vacation and felt a cold coming on. My brother had these vitamins and I took them according to the recommendations and within a day I felt a great difference in my health. They smell and taste awful, but they WORK!

I am a military man, been in the Army for 22 years now and training everyday gets harder as you age. I just turned 40 and my strength and energy just wasn’t there, I started to feel lethargic. I decided to take multivitamins. I tried Centrum, One a Day, and Mega Man. Nothing worked, either the product was bad on my stomach or the vitamin did not work well with me. I did my research and ran across Life Force at the mall. I did a little homework on the price and luckily Amazon carries this item at 25-30% savings. Anyway, I take 1 at breakfast and another for lunch and I feel like my old self again. I have a lot of energy (without caffeine) during the morning and all afternoon and feel much better overall. I wake up every morning at 5 am to work out with weights 5 days at week and run between 12-16 miles a week. Without this product, I don’t think I could sustain my work out regiment. Anyway, if you’re like me and just don’t have the energy anymore or age has caught up with you, try this product it may be what you need. On my third bottle and so far so good.

These are high quality vitamins. For the price, I would suggest looking into “Life Extensions” vitamins, as well as Optimum Nutrition’s “Opti-Men” options. Those are slightly more price effective with only small variances in ingredients. Source Naturals in a VERY trustworthy company, however, so you’re definately getting what you pay for.
I rated the vitamins four stars for one main reason: Some of the ingredients are dangerous for people who suffer from undermethylation/high histamine levels. These people make up a large number of diagnosed bipolar, depression, and even ADD sufferers. Specifically, this product contains just a tad too much B12, folic acid, and DMAE, for these types of people to use. The effects can include horrible irritability that could lead to dangerous situations or dangerous levels of depression.
I would rate the product five stars if the company would put a warning on the bottle regarding this.

I have been taking this vitamin for over 2 months now and it has been great. I have noticed an improvement in my ability to focus on tasks (one of the ingredients in choline) and during periods of high stress when I typically get sick, I have not since being on Life Force. I would recommend this to anyone.

Opted for these after my wife had trouble with liquid multivitamins. She has reported no adverse effects using this product so far; no upset stomach, anxiety, etc. Will update later.
