I ran this with tm3 muscle gain if you go to testron body builder I post more there long story short I lost three sizes in jeans I was 245 now I’m 215 I’m 6’2 tall didn’t lose muscle mass just mostly body fat also i have more definition then before. I would find myself n the mirror every now and then flexing,but now I’m always in the mirror flexing. Ima also say this you have to work twice as hard on your core then your arms because it knock weight off the areas your always working on. So you working I’m sure it’s helping a little on you stomach but not much so go hard or go home work your core
